AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE 9, SUBTITLE 1, TITLE 6 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SECURITY INTERESTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §9-312 (4), Article 9, Subtitle I, Title 6 of the Delaware Code by striking the numeral "10" where it appears therein and by substituting in lieu thereof the numeral "20".
