AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 65, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO REVENUE ESTIMATES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 6534, Chapter 65, Title 29, Delaware Code by striking said section in its entirety, substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"§6534. Revenue Estimates.
The Governor shall submit to all members of the General Assembly and the Controller General an estimate of anticipated General Fund revenues by major categories for the current and next Immediate fiscal year. Such report shall be made not later than the 25th day of September, December, March, April and May, and the 20th day of June."
