AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 282 OF VOLUME 21 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO THE TOWN OF LEIPSIC BY PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN THE LIMIT OF TAXATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. §12 Chapter 282 of Volume 21 of the Laws of Delaware is amended by striking out the figure "$1500" therein and inserting in lieu thereof the figure "$5000".
