AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 58, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, PERTAINING TO FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE, TO CHANGE THE DATE ON WHICH FAIR MARKET VALUE IS DETERMINED.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §5812(e), Chapter 58, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the word "September" each time It appears therein and each time substituting in lieu thereof the word "January".
