AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 33, TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO VETERINARY MEDICINE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §3311(d), Chapter 33, Title 24 of the Delaware Code, by striking the second sentence of subsection (d), and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"A temporary permit may be renewed twice."
