AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER II, CHAPTER 60, TITLE 7, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE PREPARATION OF WRITTEN TRANSCRIPTS OF TESTIMONY TAKEN AT PUBLIC HEARINGS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 6006(4), Subchapter II, Chapter 60, Title 7, Delaware Code, by striking the first sentence of said subsection, and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"A record from which a verbatim transcript can be prepared shall be made of all hearings and shall, along with the exhibits and other documents introduced by the Secretary or other party, constitute the record. The expense of preparing any transcript shall be borne by the person requesting it."
