AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER V, CHAPTER 41, TITLE 21, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO PEDESTRIANS' RIGHTS AND DUTIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 41, Title 21, Delaware Code, by adding a new Section 4140 to read as follows:
"§4140. Prohibition Against Entering Certain Offenses on Motor Vehicle Record
Arrests and or convictions for offenses in Sections 4141, 4143, 4145, 4146, 4147, 4148, 4149, and 4150 shall not be entered on a driver's motor vehicle record."
