AN ACT TO AMEND 29 DEL. C., CHAPTER 50, RELATING TO STATE PLANNING AND THE ADVANCED LAND ACQUISITION FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend 29 Del. C., §5041 by adding a new subsection at the end thereof to read as follows:
"(c) Subsections (a) and (b) of this section notwithstanding, no withdrawal of money from the Fund shall be made without the specific approval of the General Assembly."
