AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER VII OF CHAPTER 5, TITLE II, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO ABANDONMENT OF ANIMALS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 1325, Subsection (a) (3), Subchapter VII, Chapter 5, Title II of the Delaware Code by striking the period "." at the end of said subsection and adding thereto the following:
"or abandonment of any domesticated animal by its owner or custodian."
