AN ACT AMENDING TITLE 28 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO BINGO , LIMITATIONS AND REGULATIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Delaware Code, Title 28, Section 1139, by deleting subparagraph (a) in its entirety and by inserting in lieu thereof a new section (a) as follows:
"(a) Games conducted on Sundays shall not commence prior to 1:30 P.M. Games on days other than Sunday shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. and between the hours of 8:00 P.M. and 11:30 P.M."
