AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, TITLE 30, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO ISSUANCE OF WARRANT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 1213, Chapter 11, Title 30, Delaware Code, by inserting after the words "commanding him" and immediately preceding the words "to levy" the following:
"to garnish wages and bank accounts of such person or".
