SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO PROVIDE A SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION FOR PURPOSES OF CORRECTING A SALARY UNDERPAYMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. The sum of five thousand one hundred seventy-six dollars ($5,176.00) is hereby appropriated to the Department of Correction for the following expenditures:
Back pay due to Raymond W. Anderson $4,400
F.I.C.A. - Employer's share 266
Pension 510
Section 2. This Act is a supplementary appropriation act and the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid from the General Fund of the State Treasury from monies not otherwise appropriated.
Section 3. Any funds appropriated by this Act which remain unencumbered or unexpended by July 1, 1978, shall thereupon revert to the General Fund of the State Treasury.
