AN ACT TO PROVIDE A SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION TO THE DELAWARE TECHNICAL AND COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. The sum of two hundred sixty-four thousand six hundred and seven dollars ($264,607) is hereby appropriated to the Delaware Technical and Community College to the various divisions

and for the line items indicated as follows:

Section 2. The amounts appropriated herein shall be considered

a supplementary appropriation and shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of monies of the General Fund not otherwise appropriated. Any monies remaining unexpended on June 30, 1978, shall revert to the General Fund of the State of Delaware.
