AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, TITLE 28, OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO HARNESS RACING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend 5507, Chapter 5, Title 28 Delaware Code by striking the words "Department of Administrative Services" as the same appear therein in their entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the word "Commission".
