AS AMENDED BY HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE AND DIRECT THE TRANSFER OF THE PROPERTY FORMERLY USED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AS AN INSPECTION LANE IN GEORGETOWN TO SUSSEX COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. The transfer and conveyance of the following described state real property to Sussex County for the consideration of one dollar ($1.00) is hereby specifically approved:
ALL that certain tract, parcel, or parcels of land with the improvements thereon erected, situated in Georgetown, Sussex County, and State of Delaware and being the property formerly used by the Department of Public Safety as an inspection lane.
Section 2. The Governor and the Department of Administrative Services are authorized and empowered to execute and deliver to Sussex County a good and sufficient deed transferring and conveying the above described real property to Sussex County.
