AN ACT TO PERMIT THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE DELMAR SCHOOL DISTRICT TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS FROM THE DEBT SERVICE ACCOUNT TO THE CURRENT EXPENSE ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. The Board of Education of the Delmar School District is authorized to transfer the sum of Thirty-eight Thousand Dollars ($38,000) from its Debt Service Account to its Current Expense Account for the acquisition of adjacent land.
