AN ACT TO PROVIDE A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION TO THE DIVISION OF STATE POLICE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1976.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$182,000 to the Division of State Police of the Department of Public Safety to satisfy the existing deficiency for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976:
Overtime - Uniformed Division $ 75,000
Supplies & Materials 107,000.
Section 2. This is a supplemental appropriation and
the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of funds in the General Fund of the State of Delaware not otherwise appropriated. The funds herein appropriated remaining unexpended on June 30, 1976, shall revert to the General Fund of the State of Delaware.
