AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 15, CHAPTER 41, DELAWARE CODE, PERTAINING TO THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF REGISTERED VOTERS IN AN ELECTION DISTRICT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Title 15, Section 4105 (a),Delaware Code, by deleting the words "twelve hundred (1200)" as they appear therein and inserting in lieu thereof "eighteen hundred (1800)".
