AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 49, TITLE 15, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE CUSTODY OF VOTING MACHINES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §4980 (b), Title 15, Delaware Code, by striking the words "and as soon as practicable," as they appear in the first sentence of said subsection and insert in lieu thereof:
"and within the two days immediately following the day of election,".
