AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 5, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE AUTHORITY OF BANKS COLLATERALIZING PUBLIC FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §918(a), Title 5, Delaware Code,
by adding a new subsection (5) to read as follows:
"(5) To qualify itself to receive deposits of money of the State of Delaware or any political subdivision or municipality thereof."
