AN ACT RELATING TO THE NAME OF THE KENT CAMPUS OF DELAWARE TECHNICAL AND COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

WHEREAS, the late Charles L. Terry, Jr., during his term as Governor, was largely responsible for the establishment of the Delaware Technical and Community College; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting to honor the contribution of the late Charles L. Terry, Jr., in the creation of the Delaware Technical and Community College; and

WHEREAS, the late Charles L. Terry, Jr., was a lifelong resident of Kent County; and

WHEREAS, there exists a Kent Campus of the Delaware Technical and Community College which appropriately should be named after the late Charles L. Terry, Jr.

NOW, THEREFORE:

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. Amend Chapter 91, Title 14 of the Delaware Code, by adding thereto a new section to be designated as §9110 which new section shall read as follows:

"§9110. Name of campus of Kent County.

Campus'."
