AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, PART II, TITLE 30, OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MODIFICATIONS OF PERSONAL INCOME.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend subsection (b), Section 1106, Chapter 11, Title 30 of the Delaware Code by adding thereto a new paragraph, to be designated as paragraph (3), to read as follows:
"(3) Amounts received as pensions from employers, the United States, the State or any subdivision thereof, not to exceed $2,000.00."
