AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 79, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE, BY CHANGING THE NAME OF "DELAWARE HOME AND HOSPITAL FOR THE CHRONICALLY ILL AT SMYRNA" TO "DELAWARE HOSPITAL FOR THE CHRONICALLY ILL".
Section 1. Chapter 79, Title 29, Delaware Code, is amended by striking the words "Delaware Home and Hospital for the Chronically Ill at Smyrna" where they appear in said chapter and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill".
Section 2. Chapter 28, Title 31, Delaware Code, is amended by striking the words "Delaware Home and Hospital for the Chronically Ill at Smyrna" where they appear in said chapter and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill".
Section 3. Chapter 28, Title 31, Delaware Code, is amended by striking the word "Home" where it appears in said chapter and inserting in lieu thereof the word "Hospital".
