AN ACT TO AMEND §5161, CHAPTER 51, TITLE 16, DELAWARE CODE, KNOWN AS A BILL OF RIGHTS FOR PATIENTS IN HOSPITALS FOR THE MENTALLY ILL.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §5161(a) (4), Chapter 51, Title 16, Delaware Code, by striking the third sentence of said subsection (4) in its entirety, which sentence reads as follows:
"Any interest on money received and held for a patient shall be the property of the patient and held by the hospital for the patient's benefit."
