AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER III, CHAPTER 87, TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO REDEMPTION BY OWNER FROM A TAX SALE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. Amend Section 8758, Subchapter III, Chapter 87, Title 9, Delaware Code, by striking the words "six months" and substituting in lieu thereof "sixty days".
