AN ACT TO PROVIDE A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, FOR OPERATIONAL COSTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1975.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $34,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, to meet the operational deficiencies for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, in the following categories:

Office of the Secretary

Contractual Services $ 600

Supplies and Materials 100

$ 700

Division of Maintenance & Communications

Contractual Services 1,500

Supplies and Materials 20,400

Division of Business & Occupational Regulation Office of the Director

Personal Services 1,150

Contractual Services 6,750

TOTAL $34,000

Section 2. The sum appropriated herein shall be considered a supplemental appropriation and shall be paid by the State Treasurer from General Fund monies not otherwise appropriated. Any funds remaining unexpended as of June 30, 1975, shall revert to the General Fund of the State of Delaware.
