AN ACT TO MODIFY THE REVERSION DATE ON CERTAIN FUNDS APPROPRIATED BY CHAPTER 523, VOLUME 59, LAWS OF DELAWARE
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Any monies remaining unexpended or unencumbered from the appropriation of $75,000.00 to the Division of Employment Services of the Department of Labor for the Welfare Recipient Program as appropriated by Chapter 523, Volume 59, Laws of Delaware, shall not revert to the General Fund of the State of Delaware on July 1, 1975.
Section 2. This Act shall become effective immediately upon the signature of the Governor.
