AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF SUBURBAN COMMUNITIES.
Section 1. Amend §501 of Chapter 5, Title 9,Delaware Code, by striking the figure and words "10 dwelling houses" and insert in lieu thereof the words "five (5) property owners, provided that each parcel of land shall be deemed to have no more than one owner for the purposes of this Subchapter."
