AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 66, TITLE 18, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO LINE OF DUTY "DEATH BENEFITS".
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §6601(1) of Chapter 66, Title 18, Delaware Code, by adding thereto a new paragraph to be designated as paragraph (g) to read as follows:
"(g) Environmental Protection Officers and Delaware Marine Police of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control."
