AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER 1 OF CHAPTER 17, TITLE 7, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EXEMPTION OF LICENSES FOR SEEING EYE DOGS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §1701(a) of Chapter 17, Title 7, Delaware Code, by adding thereto immediately after the first sentence thereof ending with the words "State of Delaware" the following:
"provided, however, that blind or partially blind persons owning or having under their control and utilizing seeing eye dogs shall not be subject to said tax, but must obtain a license for seeing eye dogs."
