Section 1. The Governor and the Department of Administrative Services are authorized in accordance with the provisions of Delaware Code, Title 7, Chapter 45, §4520 (c), to transfer for a nominal consideration the Warwick School No. 225 building to the American Legion Pot-Nets Post No. 25, with the understanding that the building shall be moved from the school site and the land shall remain the property of the State of Delaware. The State of Delaware will not be responsible for paying the costs of moving said building from its present site.
