AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 51, TITLE 30, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE MOTOR FUEL TAX BY INCREASING THE TAX ON SPECIAL FUEL.
Section 1. Amend §5132, Title 30, Delaware Code, by striking the figure "8" as the same appears in the first sentence thereof, and substituting in lieu thereof the figure Section 2. Effective Date. This Act shall become effective on April 1, 1975.
