AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 13, TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ABSENCE OF TEACHERS AND OTHER SCHOOL EMPLOYEES IN CASE OF A DEATH IN THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Section 1318 (b), Chapter 13, Title 14 of the Delaware Code by adding after the word "parent-in-law" the following words:
"daughter-in-law, son-in-law,".
