BE IT
RESOLVED by the Senate of the 126th General Assembly of the State of Delaware, the House of Representatives concurring therein, that Thomas E. Hickman, Jr., John Keller and Rowland Wollaston be and they are hereby appointed Directors, on the part of the State, of the Farmers' Bank of the State of Delaware for the branch at Georgetown.
