AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 3104 (b), TITLE 15, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO FILING FEES FOR PRIMARY ELECTIONS FOR CERTAIN CANDIDATES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Title 15, § 3104 (b), Delaware Code, by striking the number "3" where it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the number "2".
