AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER III, CHAPTER 41, PART III, TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF CONTROLLED-ACCESS ROADWAYS.
Be it enacted by The General Assembly of The State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend paragraph (b), Section 4126, Chapter 41, Title 21 of the Delaware Code, by striking the period (.) at the end of said paragraph, and substitute in lieu thereof the following:
"; provided, however, that any penalty imposed for disobeying a "no hitchhiking" sign shall not include imprisonment."
