AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 71, TITLE 14, SECTION 7129 (A) OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO LIBRARIES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend § 7129 by adding the following sentence after the word "title" at the end of paragraph 2 (a):
"The foregoing notwithstanding, a first class school district Library Commission in a district whose total assessed valuation of real estate is in excess of $100,000,000 may assess up to, but no more than, $95,000 per annum."
