AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 9 OF TITLE 28, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO PROHIBITION OF HORSE RACING ON CERTAIN RELIGIOUS HOLIDAYS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 9, Section 906, Delaware Code, by adding thereto a new sentence which shall read as follows:
Horse racing of any kind on Good Friday or Easter Sunday in any county or municipality within the State is hereby prohibited.
