AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER IV, CHAPTER 11, TITLE 28. OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO BINGO LIMITATIONS AND REGULATIONS UNDER LICENSE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend paragraph (a), Section 1139, Chapter 11, Title 28, of the Delaware Code, by striking said paragraph in its entirety, and substituting in lieu thereof a new paragraph (a), which shall read as follows:
"(a) Games conducted on Sunday shall not commence prior to 1:30 p.m."
