AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FULL-TIME PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Section 206, Chapter 2, Title 14 of the Delaware Code, by striking said Section 206 in its entirety.
