CHAPTER 445
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER I OF TITLE 17 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, TO REMOVE THE TERRITORIAL LIMITATION OF AUTHORITY OF THE STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT FOR CONTROLLED-ACCESS HIGHWAYS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Title 17, Chapter I, Subchapter V, of the Delaware Code, is amended by deleting Section 180 thereof.
