AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO NARCOTICS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 4701, Title 16, Delaware Code, is amended by striking the words "Chloral-hydrate" from the definition "Narcotic Drugs" therein.
