CHAPTER 191
AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT ENTITLED "AN ACT TO REINCORPORATE THE TOWN OF FELTON", BEING CHAPTER 208 OF VOLUME 24, LAWS OF DELAWARE, BY PROVIDING FOR ZONING.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware (two-thirds of each Branch concurring therein):
Section 1. That there be added Section 17 to Chapter 208, Volume 24, Laws of Delaware, as follows:
Zoning--The Commissioners may adopt zoning ordinances limiting and restricting to specified districts, and regulating therein, buildings and structures according to their construction and the nature and extent of their use.
