AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 8711, TITLE 10, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO FEES AND COSTS OF THE CRIER.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section 8711, Title 10, Delaware Code, be and hereby is repealed.
