AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 8606 (b), TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF TAXES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section 8606 (b), Title 9, Delaware Code, is hereby repealed.
