CHAPTER 624
RELATING TO PENSIONS FOR CITY OF WILMINGTON EMPLOYEES
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 237, VOLUME 46, LAWS OF DELAWARE, RELATING TO THE ELIGIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF WILMINGTON FOR PENSIONS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Chapter 237, Volume 46, Laws of Delaware, as amended, be and it hereby is further amended by striking out and repealing all of Section 16 thereof.
