REPEALING CIGAR TAX
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 53, TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE BY REPEALING THE CIGAR TAX.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 5304, Title 30 of the Delaware Code is repealed.
