CHAPTER 488
INCREASING SALARY OF KENT COUNTY REGISTER OF WILLS
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 25, TITLE 12 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE SALARY OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS OF KENT COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 2505 (2), Title 29 of the Delaware Code is amended by striking out the figures "$3000" as they appear therein and by inserting in lieu thereof the figures "$3600".
