AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 61, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO AUTHORIZED APPROPRIATIONS FOR AMBULANCE SERVICE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 6132, Title 9, Delaware Code, is amended by adding the following new subsection (d):
(d) So long as Lewes Fire Department of Lewes, Delaware, shall have an ambulance and provide ambulance service for the benefit of the residents of Sussex County, the Levy Court shall appropriate annually and on the first day of May of each year shall pay the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to it for the maintenance of its ambulance.
