RELATING TO COMPENSATION OF COUNTY COMPTROLLERS
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 93, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE OF 1953, RELATING TO COUNTY COMPTROLLERS; COMPENSATION.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 9306 is amended by striking out the figures "84,200" appearing in line 1 of the first paragraph thereof, and substituting in lieu the figures "$5,400".
